Help

The shortest route to the next honest action.

Quick answers for account access, evidence entry, subscriptions and data control.

Open KYSTA

Account access

KYSTA starts with a device-bound account. Link and verify an email address from Profile so the account can be recovered on another device. Never share a validation code.

Install and update the app

Use the install action shown by your browser or KYSTA. When an update is ready, use the in-app update control, then close every KYSTA window and reopen the installed app. If the old version remains, open KYSTA in the browser once while online before trying again.

Offline evidence and sync

KYSTA can keep an effective-user-scoped working copy and queue supported evidence while offline. Settings shows queued items, last sync and storage. Reconnect and use Sync now before clearing site data or changing devices; the backend remains authoritative.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and require your browser permission. Enable or disable reminders in Profile and use Settings diagnostics if delivery stops. KYSTA does not use evidence reminders as marketing consent.

Logging and correction

Use Today for explicit check-ins and Log for measured activities. If an entry is inaccurate, use its edit action. A missing entry remains unknown until you record or explicitly resolve it.

Billing and invoices

Profile contains the current plan, checkout, cancellation and invoices. Invoice PDFs download through the authenticated application. Contact support@kysta.app if the provider has charged you but access has not updated.

Export or deletion

Settings provides JSON and CSV export, behavioural-data clearing and account deletion. Read the warning carefully: deletion is deliberately explicit.

Known limits and reporting a problem

Installed-app updates vary by browser and device, and notification delivery can be delayed by operating-system settings. Email support@kysta.app with the affected page, approximate time, device/browser and a non-sensitive description. Do not send passwords, validation codes, payment credentials or private evidence.
